Constitutional Concepts

Most folks who visit this site already know that the Constitution is the guiding document for all laws in these United States. Any law created that violates the concepts captured within the Constitution are deemed to be invalid, by definition. If a body of law makers create any laws that fall outside of the boundaries of the Constitution, those laws are to be undone, repealed, etc.

Within the Constitution, there exists the Bill of Rights. This set of rules make up the first 10 amendments to our constitution and outline rights that the framers of these United States deemed important enough to enshrine the rights into our Constitution.

The Constitution’s concepts were first documented in the Federalist papers. Specific to the second amendment (2A), there are two specific documents from the Federalists Papers that were candidates for the wording within the second amendment. *Need authors and federalist papers document numbers*
